My clients are able to use the fantastic facilities at The Gym Group, located at 20-28 Queen Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 2PJ.
However, many of my clients use other gyms using their fitness apps and come to me at The Gym Group Colchester for their check ins and training instruction with me so no need to leave your current gym.
