Method

  1. Place joint in slow-cooker. Top with onion & tinned tomatoes.
  2. Cook on LOW for 10 hours. Remove from cooker & shred.
  3. Serve with vegetables, salads, in lunch boxes. Great for producing several meals from one slow cooker.
