Slow Cooker Beef Madras
Method
- Heat oil in a pan & add chopped onion. Cook slowly until golden.
- Add ginger, garlic, chilli & all the spices. Fry for 1 minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, coconut milk, 2 tbsp coriander & salt to own taste. Stir to mix.
- Add beef, stir & transfer everything to a slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
- Add sugar, yoghurt, stir & serve. Sprinkle over remaining coriander.
