Slow Cooker Beef Madras

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan & add chopped onion. Cook slowly until golden.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, chilli & all the spices. Fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, coconut milk, 2 tbsp coriander & salt to own taste. Stir to mix.
  4. Add beef, stir & transfer everything to a slow cooker.
  5. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
  6. Add sugar, yoghurt, stir & serve. Sprinkle over remaining coriander.
