Seared Tuna Salad
- Make the dressing in a large bowl. Combine the ingredients together.
- Add the vegetables to the dressing, toss to coat.
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil on a skillet over a high heat. Season tuna. Place in hot pan. Cook for 90 seconds on both sides for rare. Cook for longer if preferred.
- Slice tuna steaks & serve on top of the salad. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
