- Place fish in a microwave-proof bowl. Pour over milk & cook on high for 3-4 minutes.
- Meanwhile heat oil in a frying pan. Add spices & release the fragrance for 30 seconds before adding the onion.
- Cook onion until soft, adding water as required (see video)
- Add the rice. Break up & cook for a minutes. Mix well.
- Flake the fish. Mix in the rice. Crack egg on top. Microwave for a further minute or until egg is cooked through.
