I have used Personal Trainers before and I can honestly say that none have been as proactive as Andy. The training is progressive and varied; you lose weight but he makes sure that whilst you are losing weight you are also becoming more defined. More importantly he teaches you about food, not in a dictatorial way but in a way that you start to understand and can actually live with. I work long hours and because of that I did eat very unhealthily, coupled with the fact I have suffered severe IBS and have been back and forth to the doctors since my teens. I learnt how to eat ‘clean’ but instead of recipes that would just be unachievable to make, Andy gave me guidance on quick and healthy eating. Apart from the obvious health benefits of losing weight etc the biggest change in my life has been the suffering I had with IBS, I do not get the problems I used to and I only get occasional issues (and that is normally down to me). I cannot recommend Andy enough; he has without doubt been an extremely positive impact on my life.
