After hitting the gym for two years and seeing little results, I had lost all motivation or hope of enjoying working out again. Andy and I had started talking after crossing each other’s paths in the gym frequently and finally my friend and I decided to let him lose on our training plans! I was put on a 21 day detox, which was THE hardest thing for someone who loves food! But I haven’t looked back since! I have lost just over a stone, reduced my body fat and am feeling great – all in 8 weeks. I still have personal targets to hit but I know Andy will help me reach my goals.
Definitely recommend to anyone who lacks motivation.
