Ash repaired and evaded surgery through strength training

Ash dislocated her kneecap on an exercise with the Army and was told she would have to go through Arthroscopic meniscus repair, this is an outpatient surgical procedure to repair torn knee cartilage. The torn meniscus is repaired by a variety of minimally invasive techniques and requires postoperative protection to allow healing. However after working on her strength with me her 3 month review showed that she was high functioning and no surgery was required. It pays to train and repair unless you want pills and surgery.
