I met Andy 5 weeks ago when he handed me a bootcamp flier when I was out for a walk. That meeting could not have come at a better time for me. In the last 4 years, I have lost 100 pounds, however, I lacked confidence and rarely pushed myself. I had very specific goals in mind but was unsure about how to achieve them.
Working with Andy at bootcamp and at weekly 1-1 sessions at the gym has changed that for me. Andy has developed a programme exclusively for me, with my goals in mind. The workouts are always challenging, yet fun! Andy has pushed me further than I ever thought possible. He has complete belief in my ability to do what he is asking of me. I genuinely look forward to each session. The bootcamps are different every week; they are fast-paced, challenging and always fun! Everyone who takes part genuinely looks forward to them. Andy is very passionate about training and improving the lives of others. He is very knowledgeable about every aspect of fitness and nutrition and if there is something he is unsure of, he will research and find the best resources. As a trainer, Andy is confident, thoughtful and motivational. He pushes when he needs to but is equally supportive. He is always at the other end of the phone if ever I have a query or any concerns.
In 4 amazing weeks, I am already noticing changes. Not only am I more confident, but I am already seeing physical changes as well. My abs and arms are more defined. I have more stamina and energy than I have ever had. I know that Andy will adapt to my ever-changing goals and support and encourage me throughout.
I have genuinely loved training with Andy and cannot recommend him highly enough.
