I started training with Andy when my best friend and I had lost all motivation for the gym. We would go once or twice a week if we were lucky but we weren’t enjoying it. We agreed to do a 3 month 1:1 personal training plan to see whether we liked it. Needless to say, I LOVE it! I have found my love for the gym again and look forward to our weekly session. I even break a sweat these days!! Andy tailors the training and nutritional plan to the needs of the individual. I have reduced my body fat to 17.6%, have increased muscle mass and am feeling the best I ever have. Andy believes in everyone and never fails to bring a smile to your face, even on your lowest days.
