58 year old lady wanted to lose excess body fat
Jill who is 58 wanted to reshape her body and wasn’t bothered about weight loss.
From the offset, we agreed on her daily calories and protein levels which she started to adapt too, and being a nonmeat eater she found protein was hard to hit but she did it.
Her weight dropped 4.5 kgs with a 6% body fat loss.
We all get hung up on the fact she looked fit and healthy and I don’t doubt that but come on, just look at what reducing bodyfat does to the appearance and internally it will be great.
