47 year old grandfather makes lifestyle changes and in only 6 weeks achieves this



Lockdown had taken its toll, I wasn’t eating well and I wasn’t looking after myself.

I knew if I didn’t take control, it would have spiraled out of control as would my mental health.

From the offset, I established my caloric intake from food and drink for fat loss and stuck with it daily until I got to a healthier body fat level.

This took around 6 weeks of healthy eating. Increased protein, moderate carbs, low fat as well as strength training.
